ONLINE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Amihan Del Sol may contact the card holder or the guest through the contact details provided to further validate the reservation or to require presentation of the credit card used for payment.
Without prejudice to criminal prosecution under Republic Act No. 8484, ADS may cancel a confirmed reservation if ADS has reason to believe that a voucher has been purchased using a fraudulent credit card.
The Access Devices Act of the Philippines imposes a penalty of 6 to 12 years imprisonment to those who make fraudulent use of credit/debit cards and to those who benefit from the voucher purchased from such fraudulent transaction. Guests are warned to ensure that the vouchers they are holding were not purchased through fraudulent means. Guests who are holding vouchers purchased through fraudulent credit cards may be apprehended at the Resort for violation of the Access Devices Act in relation to the Anti-Fencing Law.
Availability and Tariff
Tariff for online purchases can be accessed without the need to register or login. You can book for reservation for an accommodation 24 hours up to 5 months from the date of booking.
For foreign issued Credit/Debit Cards used online for reservation of booking will be quoted in PHP and billed in the currency of the country of origin. All domestic issued cards are quoted and charged in PHP. Billing and payment currency shall be based on the cardholder’s agreement with the card issuer. Currency conversion may result in differences between the amount charged to your account and the amount billed.
Transactions made only are considered purchases in the Philippines. Certain banks may charge foreign transaction fees if the credit card used online is issued outside the Philippines. Fares
*Our system will automatically verify the credit/debit card used. Your credit/debit card will be charged as soon as you complete the booking processes and confirm payment.
It is not necessary that the cardholder is part of the booked guests. You may purchase a voucher for your relatives and friends.
You will receive your reservation voucher via e-mail. Please have it printed and bring it together with your valid photo ID or passport.
To avoid fraudulent transaction and to protect card owners, ADS reserves the right to require that the credit/debit card used in purchasing the voucher(s) online be presented at the Resort lobby, upon check-in or in cases of reissuance or refund of a voucher.
ADS reserves the rights to deny lodging guest(s) or refuse to reissue, revalidates, or refund a voucher for failure to comply with foregoing requirements.
For check-in and record purposes, a valid photo ID issued by the government or known corporations is required to enter the Resort.
Cancellation of booking is not possible online. If you wish to make cancellation on your booking, visit or call Amihan Del Sol and send an email to email@example.com. Penalties may apply depending on the conditions stated on the policies.
Payment Mode: Mastercard/Visa/Debit Cards
If the policies permit, you may refund the cancelled or unused voucher bought online subject to possible penalties. Please visit or call Amihan Del Sol and send email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Unless we hear from you, we will not automatically refund your unused vouchers.
If the credit card used is not under guest’s account name, guest and the credit card holder both agree that:
Either the guest or credit card holder may request for a refund, provided that the credit card holder must present a copy of guest’s government-issued ID and guest’s duly signed authorization letter for the said purpose.
Payment Mode: BancNet ATM Card
BancNet cardholder applying for refund of payment pertaining to cancelled or unused voucher thereof acknowledges and agrees that refund shall be processed by ADS in accordance with policies and such other refund conditions and procedures by ADS. The BancNet cardholder likewise acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions:
Payment Mode: PayPal/Dragonpay/ECPay
Please get in touch with ADS and send email to email@example.com requesting to process your refund. The refund will be credited back directly to your PayPal/Dragonpay/ECPay account. Penalties may apply depending on the conditions stated on the policies.
Payment Mode: 7-Eleven
Please get in touch with ADS and send email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting to process your refund. The refund will be credited back to your provided bank account. Penalties may apply depending on the conditions stated on the polcies.
Changes to the Booking
If you need to change your booking, please visit or call ADS and send e-mail to email@example.com. Re-booking penalty may apply depending on the conditions stated on the policies.
Amihan Del Sol does not warrant the completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of content or data found in this site.
Amihan Del Sol is not liable for (1) any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of this or any information held therein; (2) any failure or delay in providing services through the site; (3) the provision of any personal details to us including credit card details. For point (3), please read our Disclaimer, Data Privacy and Security Policy which explains how we provide a safe and secure online transaction environment.
Amihan Del Sol disclaims any liabilities for the reproduction or indirect access via third party website or homepage access whose reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or limitations of bookings offered through our online booking facility.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Amihan Del Sol reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time by revising the terms and conditions herein. User is responsible for regularly viewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of this website following any such changes shall constitute the User’s acceptance of such changes.
