AMIHAN DEL SOL POLICIES

 

Price Policy

The price of hotel reservation is subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond our control and may occur because of government action, currency exchange rate fluctuation and increases in supplier’s prices as an example. If the price of your reservation is increased by any matters outside our control they you must either pay the additional price when we request it or cancel you reservation in accordance with these Booking Conditions.

 

Rates

The rates listed on the online booking engine are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Booking Policy

  • Any reservation made is not confirmed or held until replied with a confirmation or a Voucher thru email.
  • You are advised to send email to ADS if payment has been made.
  • You undertake that you are of legal age; that all details provided as part of the booking process, payment process or any purchase on this website are correct; and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the accommodations and other products and services.
  • Confirmed bookings may be rescheduled in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy.
  • Photo ID of each guest must be presented upon check-in.
  • Reservations may be cancelled if the above conditions cannot be met and verified.

 

Child Policy

Amihan Del Sol will consider the following conditions as our Child Policy.

 

  • 0 to 4.99 years old is considered as an ‘Infant’ and will be FOC when sharing parents with bed. If an extra bed/mattress is required, there will be an additional supplement as specified by ADS.
  • 5 to 11.99 years old is considered as ‘Children’ and will be FOC when sharing parents with bed. If an extra bed/mattress is required, there will be an additional supplement as specified by ADS.
  • 12 years old and above will be considered as ‘Adult’.
  • 17 years old and below should be accompanied by parent or a proper guardian in staying in the Resort. If the event that there is no parent or proper guardian, each guest is require to provide consent from their parent with valid photo ID.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of reservation must be notified to us in writing, and it will be effective from the day we receive it. You may send your Notice of Cancellation to onlinebooking@amihandelsol.com

 

  • Cancellations received with less than 30 days prior to arrival date – payment is forfeited.
  • Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival date – 50% of the total amount will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations received 31 - 45 days prior to arrival date – 25% of the total amount will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival date – 15% of the total amount will be forfeited.
  • No show and failure to arrive at the Resort – payment is forfeited.
  • For cancellations received for booking made between the period of 23rd December2017 – 10th January 2018 is subject to forfeit of deposit/half payment/full payment.

 

Cancellation Policy for Special Offers, Package Offers, Discounted Offers, and High Peak Season

Any cancellation received for special offers, package offers, discounted offers, and high peak season reservation is subject to forfeit of deposit/half payment/full payment.

 

Cancellation Policy for amended bookings

The cancellation policy will be applicable to the original date of arrival and not to the extended date of arrival. Of the date of arrival is brought forward, the cancellation will be applicable to the new date of arrival.

 

Refund Policy

  • “Shortened Stays” and “No Shows” for confirmed bookings will not be refunded.
  • Payment of refund is by Bank Transfer to the account of the guest or by debiting to the Credit Card/Account used by the guest.
  • Refunds for Credit Card Payments will be made after complete payment and after the bank declares that there is no irregularity in the transaction.
  • Refund process usually takes up to 7 – 14 working days.

 

Rescheduling (Rebooking) Policy

If you need to change your booking, please visit or call ADS and send e-mail to onlinebooking@amihandelsol.com.

 

  • If the rate for the alternative reservation date(s) is less than the original rate, the excess money is non-refundable but can be utilized against extra expenditure at the Resort during your stay.
  • If the rate for the alternative reservation date(s) is higher than the original rate, the balance must be paid thru bank transfer or to our payment portal prior to your arrival.
  • Rescheduling shall be considered with an admin fee reflected on the new invoice.
  • Special offers, package offers, discounted offers, and high peak season reservation is non-rebookable.

 

Date changes will be done subject to availability.

 

Room Policy

  • Check-in: 2:00pm Check-out: 12:00nn
  • Our Deluxe Room can only accommodate a maximum of 4 person including extra mattress/bed. A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in the room including extra mattress/bed.
  • Bringing of pets is strictly prohibited.
  • Bringing of outside food which is not purchase in the Resort is strictly prohibited.

 

 

OTHER POLICIES

 

Overbooking

In the case where the Resort is overbooked, we will request to transfer your booking to similar or higher category hotel.

 

You may agree to be transferred or you may cancel the booking. If you agree to be transferred, then we will do so to the best of our ability and without any additional cost. Of you wish to cancel the reservation at this point, we will do so without any penalties and refund the full amount less bank charges if any.

 

Booking (Reservation) Disputes

If a dispute arise with regard to a reservation made with ADS, then ADS has the sole authority to cancel the reservation by informing the guest via email. The reservation amount will be refunded in full less bank charges.

 

Responsibility
We will only accept liability for incidents that arise as a direct result of our proven negligence. This applies to illness, injury and/or death.

 

Amihan Del Sol cannot be held responsible for the failure of any component of the holiday for which we do not have direct responsibility. This includes any forming of you holiday itinerary and transport.

There are circumstances where it is impossible to full fill the contract as a result of war, the threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside our control. In these circumstances we shall not be liable for compensation where we are forced to cancel, delay, curtail or change your reservation in any way or where our performance of the contract is affected or prevented.

 

We assume no responsibility for any loss, damage to baggage, property or for injury illness or death or for any damages or claims however so caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss or damage to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, force majeure, Acts of God etc. or any other loss arising from or pursuant to Your Travel Arrangements./hotel reservation.

 

We accept responsibility for ensuring the rooms which you book with us are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.

 

There may be instances where alternative accommodation or services may need to be provided, in such instances we will ensure this is of a similar or superior standard.

 

 

Force Majeure
Amihan Del Sol shall not be held liable for cancellation of bookings and shortened stays because of force majeure/acts of God or conditions beyond the Resort’s control, which include floods, earthquakes, explosions, fire, civil disobedience, war, legislation not in force at the date of this agreement, labor disputes or delays of third parties. Also, the Resort will not be held liable for failure to carry out arrangements and other obligations due to the same circumstances. In such cases, the Resort must be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform the obligations or arrangements.

 

Breakages and Damages


You will be responsible for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay in the accommodation. It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the hotel before departure and to indemnify us against any losses, damages or claims made against us.

 

Behavior
You are responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations applicable to the resorts during your holiday. If in the opinion of our Management your behavior is disruptive or causing distress, injury or danger to other clients, our staff or any other third party, your reservation may be terminated and we shall not be responsible for any costs or claims that are incurred.

 

Severability
If any of these Booking Conditions are invalid or unenforceable then subject to law, all other provisions of these Booking Conditions shall be and continue to be valid and enforceable.

 

Arbitration 
When your booking is confirmed with us, a contract between Amihan Del Sol and / or you is constituted. That contract and these Terms and Conditions and Policies shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Philippines.

 

Complaints
We would wish to resolve amicably any reasonable complaint that we receive relating to the standard of service or accommodation arrangements.

 

If your complaint cannot be resolved locally during your stay at the Resort, you must follow this up by writing a formal complaint letter to us within 28 days of your return home incorporating all other relevant information. It is a condition of this agreement that you communicate any problem relating to the standard of service or accommodation arrangements to the relevant authority of the Resort. If still not resolved then follow this up with a written complaint. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we cannot accept responsibility as we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the matter.
